What counts as an email?
Every successfully delivered email counts once. Failed sends, suppressions, and bounces do not count against your limit.
What happens if I exceed my plan's volume?
We email you before you cross the line and move you to the next tier, or you can talk to us about a custom volume. No surprise overage charges.
Do I need a dedicated IP?
Only if your volume is consistently high enough to justify one (usually 500k+/month). On Starter and Growth, shared pool IPs will generally deliver better than a cold dedicated IP.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
