How long does onboarding take?
Sandbox access is immediate. Production sending typically takes under a business day after domain verification, unless your use case requires manual review.
Do you support migrating from another provider?
Yes. We support migration from SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, SES directly, and others. Send your current setup and we'll draft a cutover plan.
Can I test with my own domain?
Yes — the sandbox lets you verify your domain (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and send test emails before production access. Free, no card required.
