Transactional only
Every email sent through Coastar LNC must be triggered by an authenticated user action or an internal application event — a receipt, a password reset, a delivery notice, a status alert. Marketing, promotional, newsletter, and bulk sending are prohibited.
No purchased lists
Recipients must have a direct, existing relationship with the sender — they signed up, made a purchase, or took an action that generated the email. We do not permit purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested address lists of any kind.
Strict enforcement
Accounts that send to purchased lists, ignore suppression, or exceed bounce and complaint thresholds are suspended. Repeat violations result in termination. We would rather lose an account than protect one that damages deliverability for everyone else.
